What kind of leader are you?

Have you ever have your 'colours' done? 🙃
I was recently provided access to a colour profiling diagnostic tool from C-me which provided me with an eerily accurate report about my leadership attributes.
The report reminded me of wide range of ways in which we are really different as leaders, and how it's really useful to have data about our leadership behaviours and how these impact on others.
If you know your natural 'go to' behaviours, you can then boost those that come LESS naturally. For example, I am naturally a quite 'green' and 'yellow' leader - I focus on relationships, team, harmony, values, democracy.
Over time, though, I have developed and learnt to be better at blue and red attributes. I have learnt to become more analytical, reflective, direct and to the point. I have had to learn how to have courageous conversations because it's been the right thing to do for the organisation - even if I didn't enjoy them.
I've also been fascinated by the report on my blind spots - things that I do not know about myself as a leader, but that my colleagues would notice - how useful is that?
Imagine how this information can inform a leader and for a team. If you were more aware of your natural strengths and areas for development, and those of your team, you would be able to improve your strategies for getting the best out of yourself and those around you.
🤔 What do you know about yourself as a leader?
🤔 What colour of leader are you?
🤔 Are you able to adapt your leadership style with members of your team to get the best out of every colleague?
