✅ I have line-managed senior trust leaders with responsibility for school improvement, inclusion, safeguarding, estates, operations, human resources and have been heavily involved in working with finance and governance colleagues and on growth and innovation strategies.

✅ I am an experienced trained EMCC coach and highly experienced mentor. 

✅ I have coached many trust executive leaders, and currently coach NPQEL candidates for the Ambition Institute.

Coaching starts from an affordable £900 per executive leader, per year – based on a minimum of six half termly sessions, but this can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
