I’ve been feeling rough with a heavy cold this week and it’s been surprising how feeling under the weather can impact on you psychologically too.
· I’ve been completely unmotivated.
· I’ve been feeling low and irritable.
· I can’t be bothered to do any exercise and I am craving unhealthy foods.
· I am usually pretty driven, but have taken some time off over the last couple of days.
I know that lots of people are struggling with seasonable bugs at the moment.
This post is a reminder that it’s ok to be human, and it’s ok to take some time out and rest when you are ill. I am feeling a little better today, despite still being really congested.
