We have commissioned Claire to chair a scrutiny panel which focuses on the quality of education and how we best serve our vulnerable children in our Trust. Claire’s experience of leading schools as well as executive leadership experience in a Trust brings a level of expertise to what we are trying to achieve for our children. Claire brings together the panel members and she has facilitated rich conversations and deep thinking which are underpinned by challenge as well as support. Claire’s forensic understanding of school improvement results in her challenging our executive leaders to think deeply, evaluate and adapt school improvement activity and strategy to ensure we close the gap for our most vulnerable children. We highly value the work that Claire is facilitating across the academic year.
